This last weekend I had a great CityStop at Adventure-Life Reformed Church in Altoona! Seeing what this event was for, I was very encouraged to see people come out and support. The people were awesome to hang out with, and a last-minute performance by Ryan Buck was a great acoustic serenade as people ate lunch and talked with one another.
But the day was just getting started! Bumping some great Pulse tunes, I got prepared to enter the dunk tank. Yes, you heard right, even though it was sixty degree weather, at best, we were going to get some splash on! I was very grateful they were kind enough to fill the tank with warm water, also giving me a towel, which made it easier to endure the cold breeze, seemingly much colder while waiting for the next dunk. We also gave out Pulse frisbees to any kids who threw three straight balls on target!
This was a great event and I truly enjoyed the dunk tank experience. Thanks again for having us out!
